Energy Assistance Programs & Information

The Town of Pikeville does not offer any individual energy assistance programs. Residents are welcome to go to Wayne County DSS or contact another Agency for utility assistance.

The Town of Pikeville does have new policies in place to make sure accounts stay in good standing. An “application” must be completed and signed in order for office employees to keep track of applications.

All questions must be answered. If you do not know what the answer is to a question, no file will be generated, and partial payment will not be accepted. Please have all necessary information available to be copied and readied for filing.

Payment from Agency is due by the 15th of the month.

If payment has not been received, resident faces $50.00 reconnection fee and disconnection on the 20th.

If payment has not been received by the 20th, the resident is no longer eligible to use outside agencies for utility payments.
