Facilities for Rent

Stage / Gazebo - covered, elevated stage with lighting and electrical access. Wheel chair ramp accessible as well as rear access stairs. Area is primarly rented for outdoor concerts, plays, pageants and other events.

Picnic Shelter - large covered shelter on concrete pad with multiple picnic tables. Water & electrical access. Area primarly rented for birthday parties, picnics, barbeques and family reunions.

Ballfields - there are two ballfields located at Dee's Memorial Park. The small field is complete with sheltered dugouts, dirt infield and pitching mound. This field is primarly rented out for outdoor youth sports activites as well as family games at parties or reunions. The larger field is equipped with overhead stadium lighting and backstop. This field is primarly rented for outdoor sporting activities that do no not require a dirt infield.

Use of the gazebo and ball field is on a first-come/first serve basis; therefore, to ensure your desired date, please contact Town Hall to be put on the calendar. You may also schedule a time to use the shelters at the park. To ensure that no other activities are happening on the day you want to use them, please call Town Hall to reserve it on the date & time you prefer.

Please note that we have new paperwork in the office for reservation use. Each area (the picnic shelters and the gazebo) have separate paperwork that must be completed in order to use the equipment. There is also a $100 refundable deposit that is now associated with the rental of any area in Dee's Memorial Park. This deposit will be refunded to the renter should everything be in order and cleaned up on the next business day after an event is held.

Rental Fees

Gazebo/Stage - $50.00 per day with a $100 trash deposit.

Ball field - $50.00 per day with a $100 trash deposit.

Picnic Shelter- $50.00 per day with a $100 trash deposit.

All paperwork must be completed and turned into Town Hall for a Usage Letter for the date selected.
